returns and refunds


In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately. 
If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a exchange or refund including return postage reimbursement. Due to our small batch production, we cannot guarantee a replacement with be immediately available. Please note, returns may take up to 2 weeks to process. Colours may differ slightly due to monitors or device and not a fault. 

To request a return, please email with your order number in subject line within 14 days of receiving. We kindly ask that returns be posted back within 5 days of receiving. Please consider tracked shipping for return as we cannot process refund without returned item. 

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. All made to order pieces and found items are final sale unless faulty.


Refunds will be processed the same way payment was received. Replacements shipped at our cost. Please do not return item without making contact. Please note, we only accept returns for purchases made on our own website -
