Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au. Express Post is still available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.

All items are posted from our studio based in Canberra, Australia and include tracking. Our compostable shipping mailers are 100% biodegradable and other packaging recyclable.

We ship Wednesday and Friday with a 2-3 day turnaround excluding public holidays (At busy times such as collection launch, this may extend to 4 days.) We use Australia Post and DHL.
